This is very true nature of advices . Things come and will go off eventually, we really have to appreciate every moments and sec ,with love one and spend every moment without quit when we hit waves or problem. Remember, no matter how tough the problem are just do not give up love one easily. Every problem has a solution and answer to all the question in mind.

"Law of nature - when you give you should receive, eh?"

Seems like karma and at the same time like the law of universe in "The Secret"...

Good advice, thanks!

Sorry for the late response Trish. It is true that sometimes soul knows that it is going to die soon. Sometimes the message comes to the outer life in the form of dreams or some type of incidents that shows us that our time is near. Usually this happens to help us to prepare better for the passing of the loved one.

There is nothing to worry though. In my own experience having many out of body experiences, I know that it is only the body that dies, but the soul never dies. It passes on to the next realm which is more suitable for us according to the karma which we have created for ourselves.

In reality (from my own experience) there is no such place as hell. The universe is divided into various planes of existence. Some place, we can find good souls inhabiting, some place there are bad souls... meaning souls which has not realized itself to be soul.

Believe it or not, we all have some kind of guardians guiding us. If we could only become aware, we can communicate with them and find out what really happens in the life hereafter. In fact the prime purpose of life is to realize our own immortality, that we do survive beyond this thing we know as death. In order to do that, we learn the science of leaving the body and prove to ourself the existence of life after death and our own immortality.

All souls are beautiful. There is no doubts about this. The difference is some souls knows its own identity, some does not. We are all in the process of learning that we are soul. It takes many lifetimes to get to the understanding of the true nature of our "self" but we always have a choice in all these life we take, to learn about ourself. It's really about whether we want to learn or not.

Souls never dies. Souls only translates from one plane of existence into another. You son is a soul who is now living somewhere in one of these many planes of existence. In truth, he never really died. It was only the physical body which died. He (soul) has chosen to leave, because he (soul) knows better what's best for himself (soul).

Life persist. Life continues. Life really never end. What ends is only a transformation of something into another. When we see something transformed, the old thing disappear and something new appear. So be happy knowing that your son have never really died. He has chosen to take the next step in his own spiritual growth.

Basically the information about this site is mentioned in the about me section on this blog. You can always subscribe to the rss feed and get updates to the postings here.

Thanks for dropping by Vaness. Yes, you can always improve your life no matter what situation you are in now.

Always ask, how can I serve and how can I learn? When you do this, first, you are giving back something to life for the gifts it has given you. Second, when you ask what can I learn, you are taking the attitude to learn something. This learning attitude is very important to improve ourself.

Comment on Why You Should Not Take Revenge by Sammy

Hi again. I agree with what you said. In the end it would seem ego is our undoing, the feeling that "this is mine" or "that is not mine." I've searched my own soul as I took pot shots from the revengeful person and concluded that the central driver of revenge is fear. Fear of loss of face, reputation, identity. You mentioned righteousness. The other side of righteousness is the fear that that righteousness will be challenged.

I think the more attached one is to his identity, opinion, reputation or whatever, the more afraid he is to lose it. If he perceives those things were wrongly damaged or taken away, he will take action to regain what he thinks he had lost.

Sometimes settling the score means inflicting equal or higher (usually higher) damage against the perceived tormentor. That's called revenge. But the root cause of it is till the same - fear of loss.

So I endure all this by learning to let go of my own attachment to myself. If someone tries to destroy my reputation out of revenge, I tell myself reputation is just a self-serving illusion we all manufacture. In the end we all go the same way - 6 feet underground. With this I've learnt to receive such acts with a calm smile.

But it also sends a message that the world does not like. To the world, reputations are very real and if you don't feel passionate enough to protect your damaged reputation, then it concludes maybe you didn't have much to begin with. It doesn't have time for compassion - that's a tool of weaklings.

The world values passion. It values anger because anger gives you the power to conquer the enemy. It values fear because when you strike fear in someone, they give you a healthy respect. It values revenge because it recognizes that pride and reputation are important for getting ahead, and settling scores is an accepted way to maintain that pride. Friction and conflict has been man's lot for thousands of years.

However I do believe one can survive this world while being compassionate and selflessness. You normally find such people in monasteries, those who take themselves out of the worldly loop. Frankly I sometimes wonder if that's where I belong.
